The highly-rated all-rounder is a key member of the India team.
A veteran of two World Cup campaigns, in 2005 and 2009, she was India’s joint highest wicket taker at the ICC World Twenty20 2009.
She was in outstanding form at the ICC Women`s World Cup 2009, winning the `Player of the Match` Award in India`s first game against Pakistan, and in the third-place play-off against Australia.
Her mother`s love of the game inspired her to take up cricket.
